3. How to Place an Order
This website is a lead generation site only. No purchase or payment is processed through this website. Services are arranged as follows:

- A binding order is formed only when you confirm acceptance of the quote in writing (by email or signed document).
- We will confirm the agreed service scope, date, time, and fee before any work commences.

4. Pricing and Indicative Rates

5. Payment Terms

We do not accept payment via Revolut Revtag or any personal payment link. All commercial payments must be made by bank transfer to the account details stated on the invoice, or by another method agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated from the due date.
6. Service Delivery
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver services on the agreed date and within the agreed timeframe. Typical response times are:
- Vehicle recovery (local): 60–90 minutes from confirmation, subject to availability and road conditions.
- Freight forwarding, packing, and handling jobs: scheduled in advance by mutual agreement.
- Customs documentation: completed within the agreed lead time, typically 1–3 working days for standard submissions.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including adverse weather, road closures, third-party carrier delays, or force majeure events.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a confirmed booking by notifying us in writing as follows:
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled service: no charge.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed job value may apply to cover mobilisation costs already incurred.
- Cancellation after service has commenced: you are liable for the full agreed fee plus any reasonable costs incurred.
If we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control, we will notify you as soon as practicable and offer either a rescheduled booking at no additional charge or a full refund of any amount already paid.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:
- A service booked and paid for in advance could not be delivered due to circumstances within our control.
- The service delivered differed materially from the written scope agreed at the time of booking, and the issue was not resolved to your reasonable satisfaction.
Refunds are processed within 10 working days of a refund being agreed, to the original payment method or by bank transfer. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your booking reference and a brief description of the issue.
9. Liability
Just Towing Ltd carries appropriate public liability insurance for the services it provides. Our liability to you in connection with any single service is limited to the value of that service, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, in cases of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation).
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings, loss of contract, or business interruption.
- Damage to vehicles or goods caused by pre-existing conditions, unless we have been negligent.
- Loss or damage caused by third-party carriers or service providers operating independently of Just Towing Ltd.
10. Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of its availability. You must not introduce any malware, virus, or other malicious code.
