Just Towing Ltd was incorporated in February 2026 — not following a polished business plan, but after one too many conversations with local traders who'd been quietly deprioritised. Vehicle stranded at midnight? We'll fit you in next week. Freight needs moving Tuesday? You're too small for our route.
The two of us had spent years in road logistics and light recovery across the East Midlands. We knew every exit on the A38, which depots ran late, and which warehouse managers preferred a direct call over a helpdesk ticket. None of that knowledge was being applied for the people who needed it most — the sole trader, the small retailer, the business owner for whom a delayed vehicle or a missed shipment is a genuine crisis.
We started with one truck and a phone that actually gets answered. "Price Towing" followed naturally — it was what early clients called us, shorthand for exactly what we were offering: transparent pricing, no surprises. The legal entity behind it, Just Towing Ltd, is registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17057303) and operates exclusively in and around Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, and the East Midlands corridor.
We're a young company — and we're comfortable saying so. Youth here means hunger, accountability, and the kind of attention that larger operators often stop giving once a contract is signed. We show up, pick up, and follow through. Every time.

Service Delivery
Services are carried out on the agreed date and time. For vehicle recovery, typical local response is 60–90 minutes. Freight, handling, and packing jobs are scheduled in advance at a mutually agreed time.
Payment & Invoicing
An invoice is issued once the service is complete. Payment terms are confirmed in advance and stated on the invoice. We do not process payments on behalf of third parties.
Cancellations & Refunds
If a service cannot be completed due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled booking at no additional cost. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Complaints & Disputes
Email [email protected] with details of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge all disputes within 1 working day and resolve within 5 working days. We do not use automated responses.
